Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, including a tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Shipping Method Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping 2–3 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary during holidays, weather events, or carrier delays.

If you’re located in Montgomery Texas or Richmond Minnesota, local pickup or delivery may be available upon request. Email us at info.deeplaketrading@gmail.com to check availability.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you tracking info via email. You can also log into your account to check your order status anytime.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it quickly.
